“ The absolute best pizza in San Francisco. No extra fluff about it. A true mom & pop shop. The perfect balance between crunchy and chewy. When you pull the cheese it stretches around the globe. Please support this shop. Drove down from Sacramento and made it a point to stop here. The pricing is on point , the slices are huge! Don't let the looks fool you, the hearts of the owners will win you over. This place has a nostalgia charm that you can't find often. Support your small biz fams! ”

“ Dont be fooled by the picture, the portion was giant! I was definitely caught off guard by the prices when i first walked in, but once the slice came out i could see it was well worth it. It was around 10 dollars for these two slices, so price is ultimately not bad for the amount of food. Despite the price, the pizza was extremely fresh and crunchy, and the cheese pull was never ending!! The service was great and they really did put work into the pizza, judging by how fresh it was! The inside was a bit rustic, which was also off putting at first, but it does truly feel like a family owned kitchen and that you are being taken care of. Overall, it was a lovely experience and the plants out front were also adorable! Definitely coming back! ”

“ Yes I threw in an extra star for nostalgia. This place is one of those gritty, mom and pop shops, that reminded me of so many of the most rewarding places I have visited over the years. The slices are huge and cheap and made by pop. The timeline is loose depending on how many slices he is making, as they are all made to order. Nothing slick about this place. They could probably use some help with signage and interior design but I'm pretty sure the years march on around them and they are just focused on surviving day by day in a tough business. I like the crust on this pizza, thin, chewy and not burnt. ”
